One Server-Sent Events stream per tab carrying four channels: messaging domain events, note mentions of the authenticated user, agent activity (agent.completed, agent.draft_created, agent.error) and the user's notification rows. Requires a session and workspaceId; resumes every channel from a composite Last-Event-ID.
